BIM Coordinator/Manager

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator/Manager to lead BIM delivery across multiple building services projects. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality BIM models, smooth coordination, and efficient project execution.

You’ll work closely with international teams and play a critical role in setting standards, improving workflows, and supporting engineers in delivering complex HVAC and piping designs.

How you’ll spend your day

• Coordinating BIM activities across multiple projects and teams
• Acting as the main point of contact for BIM-related topics (internally & with clients)
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance of BIM models (Revit)
• Managing clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
• Supporting and mentoring Mid/Senior BIM Engineers
• Defining and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Planning and tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Handling escalations and solving complex coordination challenges

You'll be successful if you have

• Proven experience in BIM/MEP engineering
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination
• Proven experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience with BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks or similar)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and piping design
• Experience in team coordination, mentoring, or project leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (German is a strong advantage)
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
