We’re looking for a Mid BIM Engineer to join a team supporting international building services projects. You’ll work on a variety of projects (residential, commercial, healthcare), focusing on HVAC systems and piping design while collaborating with experienced engineers.
Collaborating closely with engineers and project teams.
Creating and updating BIM models (Revit) for HVAC and piping systems.
Preparing technical drawings and documentation.
Coordinating design solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting project planning and implementation of design specifications.
Handling adjustments and updates, including time-sensitive tasks.
Performing basic calculations for heating and piping systems when needed.
2+ years of experience in BIM / MEP engineering.
Solid experience with Autodesk Revit (BIM-based workflows).
Basic knowledge of 2D CAD and tools like Trimble (Plancal) Nova.
Good understanding of BIM principles and coordination processes.
Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
