Salary: 3300 - 4100 EUR/month gross base (based on your skills and experience) + a bonus structure that can double your base or more. The base range is flexible for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

As a Business Development Manager for Financial Services, you'll be the first dedicated salesperson for our International Tax Department - a service line we launched over a year ago that's already gaining serious traction. You'll own the commercial growth of this offering from the front: bringing in new clients, building the right relationships, and working hand-in-hand with our tax and finance experts to shape solutions that actually fit. This isn't a volume game. It's consultative, relationship-driven, and for the right person, a genuine opportunity to grow with a department that's moving quickly.

How you'll spend your day

  • Driving new client acquisition for Baltic Assist's International Tax Department — cross-border tax advisory, VAT coordination, and related financial services.
  • Working closely with our finance and tax experts to shape tailored proposals, scopes of work, and commercial offers.
  • Leverage your existing network and actively build new ones through events, referrals, and professional communities.
  • Leading client conversations from discovery through negotiation to close and staying involved through onboarding.
  • Managing your pipeline and revenue forecast in CRM with discipline.
  • Feeding market insights back to the team to help sharpen how we position and package our services as the department scales.

You'll be successful if you have  

  • B2B sales or consultative services experience, ideally in accounting, payroll, outsourcing/BPO, consulting, tax, or finance-related SaaS.
  • You've been through full sales cycles: scoping, proposal writing, negotiating, closing
  • You can take something complex, like a multi-country tax structure, and explain it clearly to a CFO who just wants to know if it'll work.
  • You're comfortable building from a warm network and equally comfortable opening cold doors.
  • Your English is strong enough to lead commercial conversations with international clients without thinking twice about it.
