Salary: 12.5 - 25 EUR/h gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience.

Schedule: flexible, estimated up to 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week).

What you'll be doing 

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialists to join our dynamic team with Swedish-licensed payment institution. In this role, you will operate its Compliance Function in line with EU and Swedish financial regulations. The role includes monitoring, advisory, reporting, and supporting policy implementation. 

How you'll spend your day 

  • Execute the annual compliance monitoring plan.
  • Provide regulatory advisory for products, processes, and outsourcing.
  • Track EU/EBA/FI regulatory developments and update internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarterly compliance reports for management and the Board.
  • Maintain compliance registers, policies, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.

You'll be successful if you have 

  • 2+ years of compliance experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish/European regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring and policy implementation.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
