As a Document Controller within offshore wind projects, you will be a key link between data, people, and performance. You’ll manage project documentation across all phases - from development through construction, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that documentation is properly collected, reviewed, and maintained within the document management system. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing improvement of document control standards, tools, and best practices across projects.

This role reports to the Project Management Office (PMO) Director for all project-related matters and collaborates closely with the Global Head of PMO on cross-organisational topics.

How you'll spend your day

  • Ensure document management requirements are defined, understood, and aligned with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute document control activities in line with established standards, procedures, and tools throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and external stakeholders to enable smooth document creation, review, and handover.
  • Maintain the document management system (DMS), ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
  • Support workshops, presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to document management.
  • Facilitate document reviews and ensure timely approvals and storage of metadata in accordance with project processes.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to optimising internal document management procedures.
  • Work with project and package managers to ensure documentation completeness for each scope of work.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Higher education in engineering, business administration, information/document management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in document management within large infrastructure or EPCI projects (offshore wind experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Aconex, or similar document management systems.
  • A structured and detail-oriented working approach with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive mindset, an ownership attitude, and a focus on continuous improvement.

What we offer

  • Flexible work options, including a hybrid work model, to help you thrive in your career while maintaining a work-life balance.
  • The chance to work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients across various countries and industries.
  • Private health insurance after 1 year of employment and one fully paid “sick day” per quarter after trial to support you in emergency situations.
  • The opportunity to work from abroad after a trial.
  • Excellent resources and opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Company-wide events and monthly team-building activities to foster collaboration and connection.
  • A modern office space located in one of Vilnius' top business centres, with a shared car parking system.
  • Special gifts for key occasions and milestones.
