Financial Operations Specialist (Senior Level)

Salary: 1600 - 2100 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience, but we are open to negotiations

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of financial data delivery and optimization in our enterprise intelligence platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and insightful reporting for our clients and internal stakeholders.

How you'll spend your day

• Analyze financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Partner with technical teams to enhance tools and data pipelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for financial data topics
• Support internal and external stakeholders by providing clear financial insights
• Translate business needs into data requirements

You'll be successful if you have

• Strong understanding of financial statements and key financial indicators
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience working with automation tools
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment
