Golf Simulator Installer

Salary: €3,000 - €4,300 month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.  

Location: Lithuania (Primary) | Baltic Region Preferred (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and nearby CEE markets)

We are currently looking for an Installer to join one of our international partners. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys technical work, frequent travel, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

As an Installer, you will support the installation of simulator solutions at customer locations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working alongside experienced installation specialists and project teams, you will help deliver successful installations from preparation and assembly through to customer handover and documentation.
The role involves frequent international travel, with installers spending a significant portion of their time on-site at customer locations across the EMEA region.

How you'll spend your day

• Prepare for installations by reviewing project documentation, coordinating with Project Leaders, and ensuring tools, materials, and deliveries are ready.
• Arrange travel logistics and communicate with customers before installation visits.
• Install, assemble, and configure simulator systems and related equipment according to company standards and best practices.
• Support electrical, mechanical, hardware, and AV system installation activities as required.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and work with experienced team members to implement practical solutions.
• Assist with customer handovers, including equipment demonstrations and basic system setup guidance.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and organized work environment while representing the company on-site.
• Document completed installations, upload reports and technical records, and communicate any outstanding issues to project teams.

You'll be successful if you have

• Experience in installation, field service, technical assembly, AV systems, telecom installation, security systems, hardware deployment, construction, carpentry, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical assembly processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider installation team.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
• Physical ability to perform installation and equipment-handling tasks.
• A valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Experience installing simulator systems, sports technology, AV equipment, telecom infrastructure, security systems, or similar technical products.
• Basic IT, networking, or software setup experience.
• Experience conducting customer training or product demonstrations.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Previous experience with golf simulators or sports technology solutions.
