Salary: 2200-3600 EUR/month gross (before tax), final offer depends on competencies, qualifications, and professional experience.

Location: Lithuania (hybrid). While the role offers flexibility, it is primarily on-site at our Vilnius HQ, where close collaboration with department leads supports hands-on teamwork and faster professional growth.

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week).

We are currently expanding our Tax department and are looking for an International Tax Advisor to join the team in a key supporting role. This position is ideal for a tax professional with solid advisory or compliance experience who is looking for hands-on client exposure, a broad scope of responsibilities, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of a growing service line. While we offer flexibility, this role prioritizes on-site collaboration at our Vilnius HQ, working closely with department leads to enable hands-on teamwork, faster professional development, and the establishment of a strong core team for future growth.

What you'll be doing

You will support the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to international clients, working closely with senior colleagues while gradually increasing ownership of your work. The role offers direct client interaction, professional guidance, and a real opportunity to influence how tax services are delivered as the department continues to grow. Priority for on-site collaboration at our Vilnius HQ, supporting hands-on teamwork and faster professional development

How you'll spend your day

  • Supporting and delivering corporate income tax (CIT), VAT advisory and compliance services for international clients
  • Preparing and reviewing tax calculations, filings, and related documentation
  • Assisting with the interpretation and application of local and international tax regulations
  • Supporting tax structuring initiatives and day-to-day tax advisory matters
  • Participating in the development and improvement of internal tax processes and service delivery standards
  • Working directly with clients in English, explaining tax matters clearly and in a business-oriented manner
  • Collaborating closely with senior team members while receiving ongoing guidance and development
  • Contributing practical ideas and input to the further development of a newly growing Tax department
  • Supporting strategic initiatives by aligning tax considerations with business decisions and service development

You‘ll be successful if you have

  • 2+ years of experience in tax advisory and/or tax compliance
  • Solid understanding of corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT principles (Transfer Pricing or Tax due diligence experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written), including the ability to communicate tax topics in a professional business context
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while effectively using guidance and supervision
  • Willingness to take responsibility, expand your scope, and grow within the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, finance, law, economics, or a related field
  • Lithuanian language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory
