We are currently expanding our Tax department and are looking for an International Tax Advisor to join the team in a key supporting role. This position is ideal for a tax professional with solid advisory or compliance experience who is looking for hands-on client exposure, a broad scope of responsibilities, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of a growing service line. While we offer flexibility, this role prioritizes on-site collaboration at our Vilnius HQ, working closely with department leads to enable hands-on teamwork, faster professional development, and the establishment of a strong core team for future growth.
What you'll be doing
You will support the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to international clients, working closely with senior colleagues while gradually increasing ownership of your work. The role offers direct client interaction, professional guidance, and a real opportunity to influence how tax services are delivered as the department continues to grow.
