Lounge Agent

Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 1800 - 2200 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience

Location: Vilnius Airport, Lithuania (on‑site role due to operational requirements)

Schedule: 1 FTE (20-40 hours/week) in a shift‑based environment.

We are Baltic Assist – a company committed to providing high‑value talent solutions and operational excellence for global clients. Together with our partner Aspire Lounge Vilnius, we focus on delivering a smooth, welcoming, and high‑quality airport lounge experience for international travelers.

We’re looking for a Lounge Agent to support day‑to‑day lounge operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests.

What you'll be doing

If you enjoy helping people, working in a dynamic environment, and contributing to a high‑quality guest experience, this role will suit you well. As a Lounge Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for lounge visitors and play a key role in ensuring a pleasant and efficient service environment.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Greeting guests upon arrival, introducing lounge services, and assisting with any questions or needs
  • Providing friendly and consistent customer service at reception and bar areas
  • Serving guests, clearing tables, and maintaining overall lounge cleanliness and tidiness
  • Restocking food, beverages, and supplies to keep the service area fully prepared
  • Following QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards and corporate procedures
  • Answering phone calls and completing operational tasks assigned by the Lounge Supervisor
  • Using protective equipment and applying correct procedures as instructed
  • Only performing duties you are trained for, and seeking guidance if unsure or if a situation feels unsafe
  • Reporting incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately
  • Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient lounge environment
  • Completing additional tasks associated with the Lounge Agent role as assigned

You'll be successful if you have

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, or a similar guest‑facing role
  • Good communication skills in Lithuanian; English is highly desirable
  • A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethics, and the ability to follow procedures
  • Motivation to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience as a passenger agent or in aviation is a bonus

Additional requirements

  • Ability to obtain airport access and pass the required aviation security checks
  • H10 food‑safety certificate - if you don’t have this permit, you will need to obtain it during the recruitment process.

What we offer

  • A stable role in an international airport environment with opportunities to grow
  • A friendly, supportive team focused on collaboration and service excellence
  • Experience working with global aviation and hospitality standards
  • A workplace culture that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
