Salary: 1900-2750 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for handling master data in ERP system to ensure the quality of data, response to client’s requests on timely manner. It is an exciting role to be part of a huge international group of companies with many internal and external stakeholders. Developing practices for a growing and complex company will offer you the opportunity to challenge yourself and develop your skills along with opportunities to grow. Work would be performed in a team with one more master data specialist.

How you'll spend your day

  • Maintaining database in ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central):
    • Creation and maintain Vendor Master data;
    • Creation and maintain Accounts Receivable Master data;
    • Creation and maintain CoA, dimensions as project codes, purpose code, IC loan ID;
    • VAT information;
    • Bank details.
  • Working closely with an international finance team to ensure smooth delivery of services;
  • Regular interaction with key stakeholders to understand their needs related to Master Data Management and provide solutions to the business;
  • Support business processes for all segments;
  • Handling various request and Ad-hoc tasks on daily basis.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance/IT or similar.
  • Previous experience working with data and its systems would be an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP).
  • Interest in information technology.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to focus on quality and accuracy, take responsibility for the tasks.
  • Structured approach to work management, service-oriented mindset and capability to ask questions when you don’t understand something.
  • Detail oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent knowledge of MS - Office, independent thinking.
  • Ability to work in a team.
