What you'll be doing

Our client is a fast-growing Danish technology company helping organizations prepare for and comply with new EU Pay Transparency regulations through a specialized software platform. As the company expands into Germany, they are looking for their first dedicated Sales Manager to build and grow the market.

This is a senior, full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for building the German market - from generating your own pipeline to closing deals with enterprise customers. You'll work directly with the company's founder while having the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and, as the market grows, build your own local sales team.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to contract signature and customer onboarding.
  • Establish and grow the German market by identifying target customers and creating new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of medium-to-large organizations through proactive outbound sales activities.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other appropriate channels.
  • Lead discovery meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and Customer Success team to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term adoption.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts.
  • Gather and share market insights to help refine sales strategy, positioning, and product messaging.

You'll be successful if you have

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, software, technology, compliance, HR, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Proven experience building and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Strong outbound prospecting, business development, and cold-calling skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers within medium-to-large organizations.
  • Native-level German (C2) and business-fluent English.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern CRM platforms.
  • Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing business with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have

  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Existing professional network in Germany
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
  • Understanding of HR, compliance, or regulatory technology solutions.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to lead the company's expansion into the German market from day one.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to influence commercial strategy and market development.
  • Direct collaboration with company leadership and key decision-makers.
  • Attractive commission structure and strong long-term growth potential.
  • Clear path to building and leading a local sales team as the business expands.
  • Established sales processes, CRM, and enablement tools from day one.
  • Flexible remote working model within CET business hours.
  • International, entrepreneurial environment focused on innovation and growth.
  • Supportive and collaborative company culture.
