SAP S/4 Program Manager

Location:  Jutland, Denmark (40–60% on-site).

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours per week)

Start date: Mid-October

Contract: Contract by mid 2027, with a high possibility of extension.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our large-scale migration from SAP ECC to S/4. This is a strategic, long-term program requiring strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in managing complex IT transformations.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the SAP ECC to S/4 migration from an IT perspective, ideally applying a Selective Transformation approach.
• Defining and structuring work across Delivery Management, PMO, vendors, and Enablement migration workstreams.
• Working hands-on with Program Delivery Streams, ensuring progress, surfacing decisions, and resolving dependencies.
• Delegating effectively while maintaining active oversight and proactive reporting to the Steering Committee.
• Collaborating closely with Digital Product Teams and major vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
• Applying an Agile mindset, driving iterative progress and value delivery throughout the transformation.

You’ll be successful if you have

• Proven track record of leading SAP ECC to S/4 migrations at large scale.
• Senior-level experience in IT program management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong experience working with Digital Product Teams and large vendors in complex environments.
• Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to both delegate and engage directly with delivery streams.
• Strong skills in structuring and defining large-scale program workstreams.
• Experience in reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders (SteerCo / VP level).
• Experience in Selective Transformation approaches (a strong plus).
