Senior BIM Engineer

Salary: from 21 EUR/h gross (before tax), based on your skills and experience, but we are flexible.

Location: Lithuania (remote)

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to take a leading role in delivering BIM-based building services solutions. You’ll not only design and coordinate complex HVAC and piping systems but also guide a team of engineers and ensure high-quality project delivery.

How you’ll spend your day

• Leading BIM coordination across multiple projects.

• Developing and reviewing complex HVAC and piping system designs.

• Managing and mentoring Mid/Junior BIM Engineers.

• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models and documentation.

• Coordinating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Defining and improving BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

• Taking ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables.

• Handling complex calculations and technical problem-solving.

You'll be successful if you have

• 4+ years of experience in BIM / MEP engineering.

• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

• Proven experience working on complex building services projects.

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and piping design.

• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.

• Leadership or mentoring experience (optional).

• Fluency in English (German is highly preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions.
