Salary: 6600 - 7500 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience, but we are flexible to negotiate.  

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week) 

6-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing 

We are looking for an experienced IT Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. You would be a part of the Engineering Tooling team at our client company. An IT Platform Engineer ensures the availability, stability, and integrity of the company’s platform. Furthermore, the Engineer monitors, maintains and evolves platform and troubleshoot problems that may arise and in addition to that, the Engineer maintains platform integrity and security. 

How you'll spend your day 

  • Designing and Standardizing centrally managed CI/CD pipelines, including (but not limited to) deploying software products to AWS public cloud.
  • Developing GitHub Actions (JavaScript, Composite).
  • Designing and creating re-usable GitHub Workflows with centralisation and standardisation in mind.
  • Transforming Azure DevOps standard templates to reusable workflows.
  • Azure DevOps pipelines transformation to GitHub Workflows.
  • Integrating Test Automation into CI/CD.
  • Integrating with IDP (Internal Developer Platform).
  • Automation and Self-Service for our solutions. 
  • Contribute to documentation and guides for developed CI/CD solutions.

You'll be successful if you have 

  • Proven experience in DevOps.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD processes.
  • Proven experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, creating and managing reusable workflows and custom actions (composite, JavaScript).
  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps Server and Services, creating and managing pipeline templates and extensions.
  • Proven experience working with AWS public cloud resources and services.
  • Proficiency with IaC (Terraform).
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (OpenShift, K8s).
  • Proficient in at least one programming language C# or Golang.
