Location:  Gdansk, Poland (75% remote).

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours per week)

Contract: Contract by October 1st, 2026, with a high possibility of extension.

Salary: Up to 16.81 EUR/h.

What you'll be doing

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team and ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects in a dynamic and distributed environment.

You’ll play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project workflows, and coordinating remote and cross-functional teams. This role suits someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software development processes to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor project progress, track tasks in Jira, and update workflows as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with remote and distributed teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and take action to resolve them.
  • Meet with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and project timelines.
  • Review deliverables and coordinate with developers, QA, and other teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Document decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks from meetings and workshops.
  • Continuously improve project processes, tools, and team collaboration methods.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with strong organisational and leadership capabilities
  • Certified Scrum Master, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Proficient in Jira for task and workflow management
  • Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams in an online environment
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings and workshops effectively
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented in approach
  • Technical background or understanding of software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring alignment and engagement across teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with scaling agile across an organisation
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector and its regulatory environment
