What you'll be doing 

We are looking for a Senior Release Manager with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our dynamic team at one of the country's biggest players in finance. 

How you'll spend your day 

  • Coordinate, plan, and manage end‑to‑end release cycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring smooth, predictable, and high‑quality deployments across all environments.
  • Oversee releases in a hybrid landscape that includes both out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) capabilities and customized solutions, ensuring all components are aligned, validated, and ready for deployment.
  • Maintain and continuously update the release plan, driving structured follow‑up, clear reporting, and proactive risk and issue management.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple squads to build and maintain a robust dependency matrix, ensuring full functional coverage and cross‑team readiness ahead of each release.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure release activities, timelines, and outcomes are well understood, communicated, and aligned with broader delivery goals.
  • Apply strong project management practices to monitor progress, surface risks early, and ensure teams follow established release governance, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the other teams, ensuring seamless coordination, aligned expectations, and efficient collaboration across all release activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of release processes by identifying bottlenecks, gathering feedback, and championing best practices that enhance stability, transparency, and predictability.
  • Provide clear, structured communication throughout release cycles, ensuring stakeholders remain informed, prepared, and supported at every stage.

You'll be successful if you have 

  • Extensive hands‑on release experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including validating both out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) features and custom configurations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Strong background in coordinating full release cycles, working closely with development, QA, operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, predictable, and well‑governed deployments.
  • Deep understanding of hybrid release and deployment models, including environments that mix standard platform capabilities with custom‑built components, and familiarity with structured change‑management processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with third‑party vendors, internal teams, and business units, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared ownership throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Solid experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt release planning and execution to the methodology used by each squad or project.
  • Strong proficiency with release and test management tools, including platforms such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent systems used for tracking changes, defects, release readiness, and deployment activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to present status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple parallel releases, handling dependencies, and navigating fast‑paced, cross‑team delivery environments.
