Salary: 3300-3500 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid) 

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week), standard office hours with occasional on‑call responsibilities for emergencies.

What you'll be doing

If you thrive on taking ownership of reporting processes, we have an opportunity for you! Join our team as a Senior Reporting Manager and play a key role in delivering high‑quality reporting for renewable energy operations. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating reporting deliveries, ensuring quality assurance, developing and integrating new reporting improvements, and mentoring junior staff.

How you'll spend your day

  • Leading reporting delivery, including planning schedules, coordinating outputs, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Developing and improving reporting processes, including automation and integration of new tools
  • Monitoring and analysing wind farm operations on internal systems
  • Collecting, logging, and maintaining records of operational events (services, maintenance, grid-related activities)
  • Preparing annual, bi‑annual, quarterly, and monthly reports with KPIs, operational data, performance analysis, and explanations of events
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members to strengthen reporting capabilities
  • Collaborating with the Head of RAMS to define reporting and data needs for new technologies (solar, storage, BESS)
  • Investigating unusual events or patterns in KPIs and coordinating follow‑up actions

You'll be successful if you have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field (renewables, engineering, construction, or software engineering)
  • Education in a relevant field
  • Proven technical reporting experience
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset, with effective communication skills
  • Project management experience, knowledge of wind/PV/BESS analytics, and data analysis skills is a plus
