Senior Technical Oracle HCM Specialist

Location: Europe (remote).

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week) 

4-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. Be a part of the implementation of Oracle HCM Compensation for our client company. The selected consultant will join a team including business and IT colleagues from various locations. On-site location is not a prerequisite. 

How you'll spend your day 

• Set up the Compensation and workforce compensation configuration based on our client company's requirements. 
• Prepare and execute data loading activities 
• Participating in UAT with a focus on bug fixing.
• Guide the area to ensure the best possible configuration, considering our client company's requirements, while not adding unnecessary complexity and customisations.
• Documentation.
• Share knowledge and hand over the solution to our client company's team.

You'll be successful if you have 

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Compensation and/or Core (preferably 5+ years of Compensation-specific experience).
• At least 2 successful Oracle HCM Compensation implementations completed previously.
• Preferably, experience implementing Oracle HCM Compensation in another European-based company.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
