During this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and acquisition, helping to shape the company’s future by identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates. The opportunity is for full-time, so you can get the maximum benefit out of the experience. The duration of the internship is a negotiable aspect between 3 and 6 calendar months.

How you'll spend your day

  • Actively sourcing and attracting candidates to various open positions at Baltic Assist.
  • Communicating with applicants and coordinating interviews.
  • Creating skills assessment tasks tailored for various positions.
  • Maintaining and updating a candidate database (including active applicants, passive prospects, and past employees).
  • Collaborating with the HR team while also taking ownership of individual projects.
  • Contributing fresh ideas to improve talent acquisition and enhance company culture.
