VAT/TAX Services Sales Manager

Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)

Salary: 3300 - 4100 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience, plus bonuses.

Location: Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week).

What you'll be doing

You’ll focus on selling VAT and tax service packages to international clients by leveraging your strong network of finance leaders and tax professionals. Your day will involve identifying new business opportunities through events and referrals, preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with our tax team, and building long-term client relationships. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, track your pipeline and revenue in the CRM, and stay proactive in managing complex, consultative sales cycles.

How you'll spend your day

Sell Baltic Assist's VAT/TAX service packages to international clients.
Leverage your existing network of CFOs, finance directors, accounting managers, and tax consultants.
Identify new opportunities through events, referrals, and professional communities.
Prepare and present tailored service proposals together with our tax team.
Build long-term relationships and support clients through onboarding.
Track pipeline, revenue, and deal cycles in CRM.

You'll be successful if you have

Strong existing network in VAT/TAX/compliance/accounting industries.
3–5+ years in B2B professional services sales, preferably in finance or tax solutions.
Understanding of VAT/TAX processes, compliance requirements, and typical client pain points.
Confident communicator, able to explain technical services in simple language.
Target-driven and comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles.
