What you'll be doing
Our customer is the world‘s largest online publisher of educational e-books for students and business professionals. Currently, it is looking for a Social Media Assistant specialist to support the global social media & content team.
You will be part of a small, but an international team of colleagues based in London, Copenhagen and Vilnius and you will work in close cooperation with top management/founders, which means that you will get a large amount of influence on shaping your own tasks and making them your own.
The contract is for 4 months (maternity cover) with a possibility to extend.
How you'll spend your day
- Working with Social Media Manager and Content team to help create, copy and asset on Canva for organic social posts.
- Scheduling upcoming posts from the social media planner on Hootsuite.
- Supporting Social Media Manager with post requests, edits, campaigns and event covers.
- Monitoring social platforms for notifications and actions required.
- Sending Monthly Amplify reports to internal users.
You'll be successful if you have
- Interest in social media and marketing.
- You are confident and proactive with an analytical and creative mindset.
- You are tech-savvy and a fast learner.
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Well-organized with a structured approach to taking on complex tasks.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience using Canva, Hootsuite, Figma or Amplify would be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in German or another European language would be considered as an advantage.

Salary
1200 - 1350 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
