We are currently looking for a Salesforce Specialist to join one of our international partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys combining administration, automation, development, integrations, and user support while taking ownership of a growing Salesforce environment.

What you'll be doing

As a Salesforce Specialist, you'll take ownership of the company's Salesforce environment, helping to bring more Salesforce expertise in-house and reduce reliance on external partners. You'll support users, implement system improvements, build automations, manage integrations, and ensure Salesforce continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to expand into broader IT responsibilities over time.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment.
  • Configure Salesforce to support business processes and operational needs.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
  • Manage reports, dashboards, permissions, fields, page layouts, and CRM workflows.
  • Support Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues and providing day-to-day guidance.
  • Implement system enhancements, customizations, and process improvements.
  • Support and further develop Salesforce Field Service functionality.
  • Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Work closely with external Salesforce partners while gradually taking ownership of selected areas internally.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Strong Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automations.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and customization.
  • Experience supporting users and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Experience working with reports, dashboards, permissions, fields, layouts, and CRM workflows.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Field Service.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Ability to independently implement changes and improvements.
  • Strong general IT understanding.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with MuleSoft.
  • Experience with ERP or finance system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Python, PHP, C#, Flutter, JavaScript, or SQL.
